Dare to Leadâ„¢ for Nonprofits

by Julie Boll  - September 27, 2019

Courage is contagious. Participants in a September 2019 Dare to Lead â„¢ workshop held in Quincy, Illinois, celebrate shedding their armor and showing up with whole hearts.

Julie Boll Consulting is pleased to bring Brené Brown’s Dare to Leadâ„¢ program to individuals and teams working or volunteering in the nonprofit arena. Register now for the October 23 & 24 workshop in Webster Groves, MO.

To scale daring leadership and build courage in teams and organizations, we must cultivate a culture in which brave work, tough conversations, and whole hearts are the expectation, and armor is not necessary or rewarded.

According to Brené’s research, there are four components of courage-building:
– Rumbling With Vulnerability
– Living Into Our Values
– BRAVING Trust
– Learning To Rise

As a skilled and *certified Dare to Leadâ„¢ facilitator, Julie guides participants through the learning and practice of these skill sets. She creates a safe and challenging space where brave work and tough conversations can happen.

Space is limited for the October 23 & 24 workshop at Webster Groves University. The early bird rate is available until October 8th. Teams of four or more from the same organization may sign up for the team rate.

In addition to receiving a certificate of completion, individuals who complete this 16-hour program may put the Dare to Leadâ„¢ Trained badge on their LinkedIn account.

*Julie Boll is a certified Dare to Lead™ facilitator, and one of 120 leadership and organizational development professionals selected and trained by thought-leader Dr. Brené Brown at the inaugural Dare to Lead Cohort in March 2019.
