After two years of facilitating this work, it has become abundantly clear we cannot do this work alone. One workshop, no matter how powerful, is not enough to get this work in your bones. That is why we are excited to announce a new program is available to help Dare to Lead Trained folks roll this program out with their teams. This is critically important, because at the end of the day…we need to create environments where we can do brave work, have tough conversations, and show up with our whole hearts.
The Daring Teams Rollout Program was designed so that people who have successfully completed a Dare to Lead Training program (led by a Certified Dare to Lead Facilitator) can share the work and what they’ve learned with their team. Taking the next step of rolling out Dare to Lead with your team is a critical strategy to getting the work into the hearts, minds and actions of your teammates.
