My passion is helping people navigate the challenges of leadership and growth, specifically in nonprofit spaces.

I have dedicated my career to nonprofit sector. I’ve served in marketing and grant development roles inside nonprofit organizations, on boards or organizations I care about, and as a nonprofit consultant.

It is an honor to continue to serve leaders in this community.

It has been an honor to walk with over 350 people on their Daring Leadership journey. Participants in the Dare to LeadTM program based on the research of Dr. Brene Brown learned powerful, evidence based tools, practices and language that can transform their leadership and their organizations.

What I've learned from facilitating this work for the past five years is this work needs community. It's so easy to get caught up in the day to day hustle and lose sight of our calls to courage, our values and where we know we need to focus our energy and time to drive transformation in our organizations.
