Daring Circles
A learning community for courageous leaders
Our personal and professional growth is directly correlated to our capacity for courage. Thankfully, courage is measurable, observable, and teachable. Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is the ultimate playbook for developing brave leaders and courageous cultures.
Daring Circles delivers the 24-hour Dare to Lead™ curriculum PLUS 1x1 coaching to create a powerful learning experience. This program will help you:
- Establish boundaries to help you lead the life you want to live.
- Increase your confidence and sense of self-worth.
- Grow your self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
- Make a positive change in your work and life.
- Reduce decision fatigue.
This unique peer learning and accountability program allows you to grow and stretch towards meaningful behavioral change in community with others. You will learn the skills required to do brave work, have tough conversations, and show up authentically.
In addition to receiving a certificate of completion, individuals who complete the 24-hour program may put the Dare to Lead™ Trained badge on their LinkedIn account and resume. Participants will also qualify to become Dare to Lead Teams coordinators.

Leadership Intensive Experience
A three-day exclusive Courage-Building Experience
The Intensive Experience
These three days will change your life. You will walk away with a greater understanding of yourself, and the tools you need to live out your personal call to courage. This concentrated experience provides a safe environment for learning and allows you to build meaningful relationships with others that last well beyond the workshop.
The Dare to Lead™ program is designed for individuals and teams who are ready to embrace brave leadership, shed their armor, and show up with whole hearts in their work and life. To scale daring leadership and build courage in teams and organizations, we must cultivate a culture in which brave work, tough conversations, and whole hearts are the expectation, and armor is not necessary or rewarded.
In addition to receiving a certificate of completion, individuals who complete the 24-hour program may put the Dare to Lead™ Trained badge on their LinkedIn account. Participants will also qualify to become Dare to Lead Teams coordinators.

Daring Teams
A Two-Month Exclusive Courage-Building Experience for Teams
Julie is bringing the Dare to Lead™ program to the nonprofit arena.
Julie Boll is part of a global team of independent Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitators who are trained and certified to bring the Dare to Lead™ research to your organizations. Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitators (CDTLFs) are trained on how to teach the skills, practices, and tools that underpin the four Skill Sets of Courage. These independent facilitators offer workshops, trainings, and coaching to bring the Dare to Lead™ courage-building process into your organization.
The Dare to Lead™Immersion program is designed to help individuals develop deep self-awareness, increase their level of awareness of others, recognize their impact on others, and finally; articulate their own personal Call to Courage. This is the critical skill-building our leaders need to challenge inequitable systems, create environments that support innovative problem solving, and lead change in their communities.
Intact teams that participate in the Dare to Lead Leadership Retreat will have access to a suite of Dare to Lead assessments, including:
- Daring Leadership Assessment – measures an individual’s strengths and opportunities on the four skill sets of courage. This is the same as the public version except everyone completing it will automatically receive an emailed copy of their individual results.
- Armored Leadership vs. Daring Leadership Assessment – looks at the team’s or group’s cultural norms around armored and daring leadership elements.
- BRAVING Trust in Teams Assessment – asks participants to assess their team regarding the BRAVING elements.
In addition to receiving a certificate of completion, individuals who complete the 24-hour program may put the Dare to Lead™ Trained badge on their LinkedIn account. Participants will also qualify to become Daring Teams coordinators.
