Growth requires courage. Whether you are running your own business or building your career in the nonprofit sector, one-on-one coaching will help you get really clear on where you want to go, and grow the courage you need to get there.
1X1 Coaching
Do you have a goal that scares you? Let’s talk. Our capacity to grow is directly correlated to our capacity for courage. Thankfully, courage is measurable, observable and teachable. If you’ve been through the Dare to Lead™ program, I can help you chart your course using the Dare to Lead principles and a strategic planning framework to ensure you have goals that are measurable and actionable, and a strategy map to achieve them. Coaching packages start at 6 months and include bi-monthly virtual coaching sessions with email support between sessions. You will walk away with a clear vision of where and how you will grow your courageous leadership.

Are you struggling with where to focus your time and energy? Are you battling self-defeating, scarcity-based thinking? Whether you're in the conception phase or ready to scale your established business, I can provide critical support to help you define your goals and your pathway to achieving them. I apply the same planning principles used in my strategic planning work with nonprofits and large multi-million grant proposals to help us get really clear on where you are today, where you want to go, how you will know you’ve arrived, and how you are going to get there. We will utilize the core teachings of the empirically based Dare to Lead™ program to help you tackle the things getting in your way.

Testimonials
Over the course of our work together, Julie has coached me on how to set professional boundaries; identify and manage organizational dysfunctions; and advocate for myself and my position within the organizations I've served. I recently accepted an offer for my dream job and I owe a significant debt of gratitude to Julie for getting me through an especially challenging executive interview process. She coached me on how to respond to complex behavioral questions, showed me how to showcase my skill sets in interviews, and gave me tactical examples for demonstrating my potential impact to the organization. I do not think I would have made it into even the top 10 candidate pool had I not had Julie's expertise guiding me!
~ Amanda Ellinger Neese, Director of Public Health Grants at Nuvance Health
I started my consulting business almost five years ago, but I didn’t truly understand my value as a female consultant and business owner until I started working with Julie. Through our work together, I have become more intentional in setting goals - both big and small - and I’ve learned to say no so I can say yes. By getting really clear on what’s important to me and my business- I’ve been able to walk away from projects, people and causes that don’t align with my mission, vision and values. This work has led to tremendous growth in my personal satisfaction AND my business revenue.
