Growth requires courage. Whether you are running your own business or building your career in the nonprofit sector, one-on-one coaching will help you get really clear on where you want to go, and grow the courage you need to get there.
1X1 Coaching for Nonprofit Leaders
Do you have a goal that scares you? Our capacity to grow is directly correlated to our capacity for courage. Thankfully, courage is measurable, observable, and teachable. As a certified Dare to Lead Facilitator and Co-Active Coach I can support your self-discovery, growth and transformation using the Dare to Lead™ principles and a coaching framework. The coaching journey is tailored to your unique capabilities, potential and vision. You will get clear on your values, purpose, goals and the vision of your impact on the world. In our 1:1 coaching sessions, you’ll discover and develop the skills and mindsets that will best serve you as you live out your call to courage. Leadership coaching is not used for Performance Management issues. Coaching packages start at 6 months and include bi-monthly virtual coaching sessions with email support between sessions.
*NEW* Strategic Planning for Nonprofit-Serving Consultants
This August, I'm taking nonprofit-serving consultants on a 90 day journey to get clear on their value and values, create a vision for their future, raise their rates, and make a bigger impact with their clients. Over the course of this 90 day program I apply the same planning principles I use in my strategic planning work with nonprofits and large multi-million grant proposals to help you get crystal clear on:
✅ Where you are today and where you want to go,
✅ How you will know you’ve arrived,
✅ and EXACTLY how you are going to get there.
We will utilize the core teachings of the empirically based Dare to Lead™ program to help you tackle the things getting in your way.

Testimonials
Over the course of our work together, Julie has coached me on how to set professional boundaries; identify and manage organizational dysfunctions; and advocate for myself and my position within the organizations I've served. I recently accepted an offer for my dream job and I owe a significant debt of gratitude to Julie for getting me through an especially challenging executive interview process. She coached me on how to respond to complex behavioral questions, showed me how to showcase my skill sets in interviews, and gave me tactical examples for demonstrating my potential impact to the organization. I do not think I would have made it into even the top 10 candidate pool had I not had Julie's expertise guiding me!
~ Amanda Ellinger Neese, Director of Public Health Grants at Nuvance Health
I started my consulting business almost five years ago, but I didn’t truly understand my value as a female consultant and business owner until I started working with Julie. Through our work together, I have become more intentional in setting goals - both big and small - and I’ve learned to say no so I can say yes. By getting really clear on what’s important to me and my business- I’ve been able to walk away from projects, people and causes that don’t align with my mission, vision and values. This work has led to tremendous growth in my personal satisfaction AND my business revenue.

I have learned so much about myself and my career and professional goals through coaching with Julie Boll, GPC. If you are going through a midlife crisis professionally, I can not recommend her enough. She holds you accountable for making the change you know you need to make but something keeps holding you back. Best decision I have ever made.
