I am passionate about supporting powerful, dynamic and impactful leaders that are accountable, visionary and always growing and improving.
Great people make up great organizations. And great organizations change the world. It is my joy and passion to help people and organizations get clear on where they want to go and how they will get there.. And then help them hold themselves accountable.

I was very familiar with Brene Brown's work and had read Dare to Lead prior to coming to the training led by Julie Boll. I am so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and opened my heart to this tremendous work. Not only did I learn very practical ways to become courageous in my work life, I found everything to be incredibly applicable in my personal life as well. Even after day 1, I began using some of the language learned and saw an immediate impact on how I worked with others and how I gave myself more grace to be honest and make mistakes. Thank you!

The difference in our organization before and after working a strategic plan is night and day. Before we had no cohesive plan for growth, a disengaged board, weak relationships among staff and board, and an unhappy work environment as we were all operating in silos. After our staff and board worked together to create a plan and began working it we had a cohesive plan for growth, a working board, strong relationships among staff and board, and a positive working environment. Our strategic plan is a guide and empowers both board and staff in decision making. Julie Boll has been an amazing guide in helping us to clearly identify and prioritize our organization’s goals.

I started my consulting business almost five years ago, but I didn’t truly understand my value as a female consultant and business owner until I started working with Julie. Through our work together, I have become more intentional in setting goals - both big and small - and I’ve learned to say no so I can say yes. By getting really clear on what’s important to me and my business- I’ve been able to walk away from projects, people and causes that don’t align with my mission, vision and values. This work has led to tremendous growth in my personal satisfaction AND my business revenue.
